Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Siva Academy, we aim to provide the best learning and service experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to request a refund or cancel a service. Please carefully read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Courses and Training Programs

Before Course Commencement: If you wish to cancel your enrolment in a course or training program, you can do so before the course begins. A refund will be provided for the course fee, minus the non-refundable enrollment confirmation fee.
After Course Commencement: Once a course or training program has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, participants may request to reschedule to a future session of the same program (subject to availability).

b. One-Time Services

For any one-time services (e.g., consulting or project-based services), cancellations may be made before the service has commenced for a full refund. After work has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed only if the cancellation request is received before the start of a course, program, or service, as described above. Note that the enrollment confirmation fee is non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@sivaacademy.net and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

b. Non-Refundable Items

Any downloadable products, including e-books, course materials, and software, are non-refundable.
Fees for completed services or ongoing consultancy work that has already begun are non-refundable.

c. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
Any applicable transaction fees (such as bank or payment gateway charges) may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a course, you may request to reschedule for the next available session. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the course start date and are subject to availability.
