1. Cancellation Policy

a. Courses and Training Programs

Before Course Commencement: If you wish to cancel your enrolment in a course or training program, you can do so before the course begins. A refund will be provided for the course fee, minus the non-refundable enrollment confirmation fee.
After Course Commencement: Once a course or training program has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, participants may request to reschedule to a future session of the same program (subject to availability).

b. One-Time Services

For any one-time services (e.g., consulting or project-based services), cancellations may be made before the service has commenced for a full refund.
After work has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.

2. Refund Policy
